I just wanted to share this review with my followers; I am very grateful for your support in my blog and in returning and commenting. I can only hope 2016 is as good, thank you.
The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2015 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 2,800 times in 2015. If it were a cable car, it would take about 47 trips to carry that many people.

This year the lead up to Christmas has been a very different one. My life is different than it ever has been, since I have practically moved out from my parents and set off to university. Therefore, some of my usual traditions have been somewhat compromised or differed.
This has it’s positives though. For the first time Christmas has crept up on me as I haven’t been longing for it. I haven’t been waiting for a holiday or for a period where I can forget my stresses and be happy since I’ve been having fun in my course, with new and old friends. Even with essays to do, I’m enjoying my university experience and I think that’s important. For once, Christmas seems like the cherry on top of this amazing end of my year. Christmas is an extra present at the end of it all.
Of course, Christmas this year has meant so much more too. I get to spend time with my family which when living in a different city is much harder than it used to be.
Anyway, hello Christmas, you’ll be with us in little more than a few hours. I wish everyone a splendid day tomorrow!

I have recommended Ingrid Nilsen, MissGlamorazzi, on a few occasions previously. This time I’m recommending her because she is doing a DIY December series on her main channel. In these videos she does some Christmassy crafting and some Christmassy cooking every other day up in December until the 25th.
So far Ingrid has made a wreath with fairy lights, hot chocolate, a garland with rosemary and cocktails… and there’s still much more to come!
Check out her first few #DIYDecember videos below:
PS. Until January, I’ll be taking a break from posting, so I wish you all a very merry Christmas (or Holiday) and a very lovely New Years!
‘It’s the ultimate goal every day you wake up, to be happy. At the end of the week, you want to be happy. Happy in love, happy in work, happy in life, happy with yourself. It’s pretty simple.’
‘Together we are stronger, our voices louder, and the synergy of our actions more powerful. Together we can prevail on the Navy to put common sense safeguards in place, like requiring its ships to avoid the most sensitive marine mammal habitats and to stop their training exercises during peak migrations.’
‘I love the ukulele. It’s got a beautiful, melodic tone to it. There’s something innocent and romantic, and it’s just a grand instrument to play.’
‘Be good to people, be kind to people, show up, read the lines, hit the mark, and go home.’
‘We owe it to our children to be better stewards of the environment. The alternative? – a world without whales. It’s too terrible to imagine.’
‘When people don’t believe in you, you have to believe in yourself.’
Today I’m recommending my top 5 YouTubers who are taking part in Vlogmas this Christmas Season. If you’re unfamiliar Vlogmas is a Vlogging Everyday tradition starting on December 1st and ending on December 24th, Christmas Eve. I will leave you with day one of each YouTuber’s Vlogmas to give you a taste of their content.
Number 1 – Catrific
Number 2 – TalkBeckyTalk
Number 3 – Jenna Ezarik
Number 4 – Chyaz Vlogs
Number 5 – Tanya Burr (and Jim Chapman)
Tanya’s husband Jim, while not doing Vlogmas this year, vlogs every weekday anyway so it is worth adding him in here too. Click on his name to check out his vlogging channel!
Today I am recommending the rock band Young Guns since I have recently gotten into their music and absolutely love them.
Technically, I found this band a long while ago as I had listened to a single of theirs on repeat – this was Learn My Lesson. I hadn’t thought much more of them though until a friend of mine reintroduced me to them with the song Bones, which is brilliant! The video is pretty cool too.
As a fan of pop-punk and alternative music, I was bound to love Young Guns as their style of rock really fits into this. The vocalist has a great voice and the rest of the band make the songs sound incredible.
Check out the few videos below as a taste of their music:
